ELAO at the GGA event for the development of the National Sports Center of the Olympic Village

ELAO was invited and was present through the President Mr. Nikos Makrakis in the presentation , by the Deputy Minister of Sports Mr. Avgenakis, of the strategic plan for the National Sports Center of the Olympic Village which will be created through the concession of 22 acres.

As the Deputy Minister stated: "We are creating the National Sports Center of the Olympic Village, a sports pole of local character, utilizing another neglected Olympic facility"

Among other immediate actions in the area, Mr. Avgenakis announced the creation of a Aeromodelling space, in collaboration with the Hellenic Air Sports Federation, for model flights and the holding of the Panhellenic Aeromodelling Championship.
